Website maintenance has changed so much these days, so it's great to have technical support. After getting immediate support through email, my plugin worked so slick! I would highly recommend it. If you are techy, the free plugin would probably be okay, but I paid a small amount for the Pro version for a lifetime, and I'm so glad I did.
