Sign up at\n<a href=\"https:\/\/app.mignuti.com\">app.mignuti.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects your site to the Mignuti Chatbot service (operated by Mignuti\nMedia \u2014 Eduard Ditler, Germany) in order to load and run the chat widget. The\nservice is required for the plugin to work.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>On your front-end pages (visitors)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Widget loader<\/strong> \u2014 the script <code>https:\/\/widget.mignuti.com\/v1.js<\/code> is loaded\nasynchronously on the pages you select. It reads the Project ID, Secret, consent\nmode and optional accent color from the plugin settings. Fetching the script is an\nordinary HTTP request to our CDN (Cloudflare); no session is opened by it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chat sessions<\/strong> \u2014 when the visitor has consented (or you chose \"Load\nimmediately\"), the widget calls <code>https:\/\/api.chatbot.mignuti.com<\/code> to open a\nshort-lived session and to send and receive messages. Data sent: the visitor's\nmessages, the page path, the browser language, a random session ID and the\nvisitor's IP address (stored only as a salted hash for rate limiting). Message\ncontent is processed to generate a reply; personal data is masked before the\nlanguage model is called. The public Project ID is bound to the domains you allow in the Mignuti Chatbot\nadmin, and every chat session is authorized by a short-lived token. The embed\nexposes no reusable secret.
